UPDATE on Recent Blog Posts and Articles

My writing has come almost to a complete standstill lately, but I have managed, since April 22nd to write some articles and blogs. What follows are links to the most recent articles and blog posts:

Want to know The REAL Difference Between Men and Women? Click the link to find out. It probably isn't what you think it is.

Or maybe it is. And guess what? Though I wrote the article with a comedic bent, I just discovered a book, entitled Brain Sex: The Real Difference Between Men and Women (published in 1992 and written by Anne Moir and David Jessel). You can click that link as well if you want to purchase their book. My article is much funnier, I'm sure (smile–wink).

On a more serious note, you may want to read an article I end with a question mark, Noah's Ark Found on Mt. Ararat? The reason I question the find is because it's something that has been discovered before. Click the link and read the article to see if you want to read my thoughts on the subject. And if you're looking for a cute Noah's Ark present for a preschooler, click on Melissa & Doug Noah's Ark Shape Sorter.

My next very serious article has to do with the sun, sunscreen, and skin protection. I've learned a lot about radiation after having gone through 36 radiation treatments. Read How to Protect Your Skin with More Than Sunscreen by clicking on the link. You'll learn about which products are best for skin protection. Here's another link – to Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock, SPF-85 – now THAT is protection.

Anybody going to the Chicago Bears Camp this summer? I polled some people from Bourbonnais to find out their favorite eateries and came up with a great list. Read Chicago Bears Camp Bourbonnais – Best Places to Eat to find out where to go. Leave a comment on the bottom of the article if you have other places you'd recommend. I tried writing the Bears fan club to see if they would place a link to the article on their web site, but, sadly, they are ignoring me.

If you've been following my breast cancer journey, please read Diagnoses: Breast Cancer – Part IV. Maybe you know somebody who has been diagnosed with breast cancer – the article (along with links to previous articles) may help somebody who has been dealing with breast cancer.

On a lighter note (be forewarned, the blog may disgust you), I invite you to read Cockroach Museum? And that's all I want to say on that subject. But really, you should read it – it's actually kind of funny.

And now, speaking of funny, it's time for Funny Comments Other People Post. I love it when people leave comments on my blogs or articles. This blog is about one of the funniest comments I've ever received.

As most of you know, I grew up with a mother who was, oh, shall we say, um, no we shouldn't say anything. You might get a pretty good idea of what my mommy was like by reading The Day My Mom Made Cindy and Me Into Chia Pets. All I can say is that my mom was very, mmm, creative. Yes, I'll use that term.

Speaking of creative, here's some help for parents looking for 17 Inexpensive or Free Outdoor Activities with Links to EVEN MORE! Click the link if you are trying to prevent your child from becoming bored this summer. And here's a link to The Kids' Nature Book: 365 Indoor/Outdoor Activities and Experiences.

Ever wondered what a crapbox was? No? Neither had I until I had to ask my granddaughter, Audrey, What's a Crapbox? Click the link if you're curious.

Games, Quizzes, and Innovative Kids is pretty self-explanatory.

Inside Jokes is something we sometimes share with people who are close to us. Three of my kids have a fun (and funny) inside joke I'm sharing with you in this blog. Click the link to find out what it is.

My paranormal article this time around is actually more spiritual than it is paranormal. Spirit Connections in Close Relationships explores the potential for maintaining relationships even after the loved one is gone.

And last, but by no means least, is a blog about my grandson, Nolan who loves his poppochinos. Read Who Wants a Poppochino? to see if a poppochino is what YOU think it is.
